"I feel good about keeping my account here"
I’ve been using pogo.com for a while now, it’s been a smooth and reassuring experience. I haven’t had any strange login problems or account issues, and when I did need to reset my password, it was simple and stress-free.
I also really appreciate that my personal info doesn’t feel like it’s being tossed around everywhere. The emails are kept to a reasonable amount too, which makes the whole thing feel more respectful and comfortable.

Overall, I feel safe and happy playing there. I’m not someone who checks every single setting all the time, but the privacy side seems clear enough, and my account has been perfectly fine so far

I’m on pogo.com a few nights a week, the games seem fair to me overall. Sure, I’ll get a terrible hand in a card game or a weird streak now and then, and it’s hard not to raise an eyebrow for a second. But I’ve never really felt like anything was rigged. It could run a little smoother sometimes, but in general, I trust it enough to keep playing.

I totally forgot my password and thought I was locked out for good. The reset link showed up quickly, and I was back playing within a few minutes. Super easy and not much of a hassle at all

"Love that my profile feels like me lol"
pogo makes it super easy to switch up my avatar and profile stuff whenever I want. It’s kinda fun seeing my little look change and feel more like me tbh...

I tried it on my laptop in Chrome and also on my phone, and it loaded just fine on both. how smoothly it worked was kind of ridiculous.

"Good for family games, but keep an eye on chat"
Some of the games are fun, fun enough for kids and the whole family to play together. But the chat and ads can get a little iffy sometimes, like not always kid-friendly. I’d say it’s okay overall, just definitely watch, watch what they’re seeing.

"Fun games, but the prize stuff feels dragged out"
I actually enjoy playing the games, but redeeming prizes takes way longer than I expected. The sweepstakes details also aren’t super clear, which makes me wonder if they keep it a little confusing on purpose so people don’t bother following up. It’s fun overall, but the prize side could definitely be more straightforward

"Support actually replied fast"
I had a login issue on pogo.com and, uh, thought I’d be stuck waiting forever. But support got back to me quicker than I expected. They gave me a few things to try, and it ended up working after a couple minutes. It was nice to get a real answer without waiting days. Happy with the experience.

"Daily challenges are still part of my routine"
I usually hop on pogo most mornings for the daily challenges. i get a little tired of every service trying to keep me checking in all the time, but these are quick enough that they don’t feel like too much. The special events are nice too when I have a few extra minutes and want something simple to do

"I’ve been using pogo.com for a while…"
I’ve been using pogo.com for a while now, maybe since last year, or actually it might’ve been the year before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, I’ve really enjoyed how many different games they have. There are card games, word games, puzzles, hidden object games, all kinds of stuff, so I don’t get bored too quickly. Most of the games load fine for me, and the quality is solid. Some of them are simple, but that’s kind of what I’m looking for when I just want to relax for a bit. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Cheaters get dealt with Quick"
I’ve been playing on pogo for a while now, the report button actually seems to Do something. I’ve run into a few rude players and some weird cheating stuff, reported it, and it looked like it got handled fast. Makes the games feel a lot more Fair, which I appreciate

"Still my favorite little online hangout"
I’ve been on pogo for years, and the chat rooms are still what I enjoy most. Most people are friendly, willing to help with games, and there’s usually someone joking around, which makes it feel comfortable. I even managed to finally win a badge I’d been stuck on thanks to a couple of tips from other players, so that felt like a nice little victory. It’s just a fun place to play and chat for a while.

Pogo does a good job making the rules easy to understand. I can usually jump into a game without digging around or feeling lost, which I really like. That said, I still somehow manage to overthink a few instructions here and there, even though they’re clear.

I’ve been happy with how pogo has handled updates lately. Whenever something changes or looks a little different, they explain it clearly enough that I don’t feel confused or left trying to figure it out on my own

"Works okay, but not as easy to read as promised"
The games run fine for me, so I can’t complain about that part. But I was expecting the pages to be cleaner and easier to use, and that’s not really what I got. Some screens feel cluttered, and the text is so small in places that it’s annoying to read. They made it sound like the experience would be smooth and simple, but it doesn’t quite live up to that.

"Badges keep me coming back"
I’ve been using pogo.com for a while now, the badges are what keep me coming back. My sister even teases me because I like checking what I’ve finished and what I still need to work on. The progress tracking makes the games more fun, even the ones I don’t usually play much. It’s just a nice little goal to chase without it feeling too serious.

"Still fun, but not quite the same"
I mean, I still hop on pogo now and then mostly because I remember playing a bunch of the older games years ago. It’s nice that some of them are still there and easy to jump into when I just want to pass a little time.

That said, the old vibe isn’t totally there anymore. A few games I used to really like are either gone or changed enough that they don’t feel the same. I get that things have to be updated, but for the classic stuff it’s kind of hit or miss. Not terrible, just not exactly how I remember it.

"Fun site, and the ads are fair"
I’ve used pogo.com on and off for a while, it’s easy enough to get around. The ads do pop up here and there, but, they don’t really get in the way of the games for me. Pages load fine, and I like that I can just hop in, play for a bit, and not have to mess around too much

"I get why moderation is there, and it..."
I get why moderation is there, and it does help keep things from getting too messy. But sometimes the bans feel kind of random. Like one person says something mild and gets hit, then someone else says something worse and nothing happens. Maybe I’m missing some context, I don’t know, but it makes the rules feel uneven.

“Discontinuation of Java and Flash has killed the site. Never to be the same again. Their new formatted games are boring kiddie games, not for adults”

How do i get a live person to talk too?

“You can't. You can try EA but you will wait for hours and it is only chat.”

Some players in the spades game have programs that "blow up" a room full of players. everyone is booted and the room in nonfunctional for a couple of hours. does anyone know anything about this?

“No, but I believe it. EA does nothing about it and I know they have actually profited from cheat programs in the past.”

How do i cancel my account? they have my credit card.
